I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the location of the hotel was great, close to the Old City and everything I wanted to visit, I faced several challenges with the accommodations. My suite was not in top shape, with broken door handles and a lack of basic supplies like toilet paper. Unfortunately, the customer service didn't help much and I was left feeling frustrated.

My suite had broken doors and was not clean; there were food wrappers under the furniture. They also didn't provide enough keys for our group, which was quite inconvenient.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive when we raised issues. I expected better assistance, especially since we faced serious problems with our booking.

Although food wasn't included in the stay, I appreciated that they provided a warming tray for my meal before Shabbat. Breakfast was plentiful and quite tasty.

My stay at Litov Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Old City, which I loved. However, the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired. I had a few issues with room maintenance, and staff responses were not always helpful.

The room I stayed in was cozy, but it could definitely use some updates. There were issues like broken door handles and inadequate cleaning. I remembered having to push furniture against the door for security, which was frustrating.

The hotel is perfectly situated near Meah Shearim and Zichron Moshe, making it very easy to explore the nearby attractions. It's definitely one of the hotel's strong points.

My stay at the Litov Hotel in Jerusalem had its ups and downs. While the location is fantastic—it's very close to the Old City—my overall experience was marred by poor service and a lack of cleanliness. The amenities were lacking, and I faced issues with my room during my stay.

Rooms
5.0
The suite I was in had several problems. The door handles were broken, making it hard to secure the bedroom. I even had to block the door with a table at night to feel safe. There was also no toilet paper stocked, and I found food wrappers under the furniture, which definitely didn't match my expectations.
Service
5.0
I was quite disappointed with the service. There was a mix-up with my room bookings, and the hotel staff had the audacity to walk in on us during our stay. When I addressed these issues with the manager, I found him unhelpful and dismissive.
Location

The hotel is perfectly located near everything you need, especially the Old City. It was a pleasure to be within walking distance of many key sites and local eateries.
Dining

Though I didn't have high expectations for dining, the breakfast offered a good variety. I particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed juice, which was a nice touch.

The hotel needs renovation; the rooms are outdated, and certain facilities like adequate bathroom supplies were lacking. I noticed a general neglect in terms of cleanliness throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at the Litov Hotel for a family event, a two-night stay that turned quite chaotic. While the location was perfect, close to the Old City, the experience was marred by poor customer service and room issues. The staff did try their best, but they fell short in many areas, particularly with cleanliness and communication.

My recent stay at Litov Hotel was quite underwhelming. Although the location is fantastic and close to the Old City, I faced multiple issues with the room cleanliness and service. I was disappointed by the lack of proper support from the staff, especially considering the hotel's religious boutique status. Overall, there are definitely areas that need improvement. 😟
